Dancing in a Field of Feelings đź©°
While recovering from burnout and depression, I began exploring bodywork —free dancing, kundalini-inspired movement, and simply letting my body speak. Slowly, I started to reconnect with a softer, more feminine part of me and feeling more like myself.
Each flower in this field represents a feeling I learned to welcome again. Shame, joy, sensuality, fear, softness, sadness, peace—moving through them all, not pushing them away.
The vision for this painting was vaguely in my head for a while already. A woman dancing freely, untamed, unashamed. And not long ago, in a voice dialogue session, I met my “softer voice”—and something inside me clicked. The next day, I picked up the brush. This is what came out 🩰
This one’s for every woman learning to feel (again). To soften. To bloom.
