Processing & Shipping

To reduce waste and ensure the highest quality, all prints are printed on demand. Processing and printing time can be up to 72 hours. After that, my printing partner will ship your order to the given address. 

Shipping times for the Netherlands vary from 2 to 5 business days. For anywhere else, shipping times may vary from 2 to 15 business days, depending on where you are located. 

Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, before you complete your purchase. Please note: the postage fee at checkout does not include any custom fees that you may occur.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you can request a replacement by contacting shannenstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number along with supporting photos that clearly show the damage or the incorrect item received.

Every product is specially made to order for you, therefore we are unable to offer exchanges and returns. Please be sure to read the description and any size information provided carefully before ordering.
