Solo Traveller

To me, this painting is about empowerment. It’s about choosing to follow your own dreams, even when no one else is walking beside you. It’s about being bold enough to chase what you want most in life and being at peace with your own company. Inspired by the storytelling lens of Sam Youkilis’ Mediterranean moments, Solo Traveller is a reminder that sometimes the greatest journeys happen when you step into the unknown alone.

Set against a Mediterranean backdrop — think deep blue shutters opening up to the sea, lemon trees hanging above, and the sunlight washing over a tiled terrace — this painting captures the essence of being unapologetically yourself.
